Brick Paver fundraiser for the

C.W. Gemmill Learning Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Independence for the Blind of West Florida has so many exciting things going on! The new state-of-the-art training facility will be completed sometime this summer, and the staff is expected a move-in date in August (once the 2009 Summer Transition Program is over).

If you want to help "Pave the Path in Jean's Garden" you can memorialize a member of your family with a $50 brick paver. You can inscribe up to three lines on these bricks, with 12 characters per line (including punctuation and spaces). If you are interested, you can either come by the office and fill out a form, or print the form below.

Printing Instructions:

There are two seperate documents, front and back. Click on each document and press print (both documents should print out correctly. If they don't please contact us at 850-477-2663 and we can assist you). Fill out the form, print clearly, and then mail with a $50 check made out to Independence for the Blind to the address below:
