Indendence for the Blind has tickets for the annual Belk Charity Sale Saturday November 7. Belk will open it's doors from 6-10am with special sales and discounts, and only those who have tickets will be allowed inside. All proceeds from the sale of tickets by Independence for the Blind will help fun programs that provide training to blind and visually impaired individuals.
